When you create a Query Or Lens using CRM Analytics then by default Salesforce will show you up to 2,000 rows of data. But what if you want to see more rows of data? Then simply look at the bottom left-hand corner of the query or lens and edit the Query Limit – see the image below.

The maximum number of rows that can be shown is 25,000 which should meet most needs.
